Grief can be isolating & complicated…
You don’t have to do it alone.
Grief Support:
As an Interfaith Chaplain, Hakima, & certified grief educator I am trained to hold compassionate space for grief and walk beside individuals as they face the many losses that come in life. Grief is not limited to death alone—it can arise from serious illness, aging, chronic illness, caregiving, relationship changes, life transitions, trauma, and the loss of hopes or expectations. No matter the source, grief deserves to be witnessed, honored, and supported.
I offer specialized support following sudden, tragic, and traumatic deaths, providing a calm and grounded presence during the immediate aftermath of loss. Whether you are navigating the shock of an unexpected death, supporting a grieving family, or struggling to find your footing after a life-altering event, I provide compassionate guidance and practical support during those difficult first days, weeks, & even years. I offer a more intimate & accessible form of care than a therapist as I can come directly to your home, remote, and/ or on call services. Grief support can be an excellent gift for a loved one, team, or family that has experienced loss.
Services include:
• First Response to Loss & Tragic Death – Immediate emotional, spiritual, and practical support following sudden, unexpected, or traumatic loss.
• Individual Grief Support – One-on-one companionship and guidance for those grieving the death of a loved one or other significant life losses.
• Long-Term Grief Care – Ongoing support for individuals navigating complex grief, prolonged grief, anniversaries, life transitions, and the continuing journey of healing.
• Grief Support Groups – Facilitated groups that provide connection, education, reflection, and community for those who are grieving.
• Organizational Education & Training – Workshops, presentations, and consultation for healthcare teams, faith communities, schools, nonprofits, and organizations seeking to better understand grief, bereavement, compassionate communication, and trauma-informed support.
My approach is rooted in deep listening, cultural humility, spiritual care, and respect for each person’s unique grief journey. I do not seek to fix grief or rush healing. Instead, I offer a steady presence, compassionate guidance, and a safe space where loss can be acknowledged, meaning can be explored, and healing can unfold at its own pace.
